We like to call ourselves a ‘scattered residence’.
Our flats are all located in the San Vitale district, opposite the Sant’Orsola-Malpighi Hospital and just a few hundred metres from each other. This is a historic district close to the city centre, well served by public transport and full of restaurants and cafés nearby.
All our accommodations share the same strategic location – perfect for visiting the city – and the modern, well-appointed furnishings, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

Via Massarenti is a long road that connects the motorways directly to Porta San Vitale, the eastern entrance to the city of Bologna. A Casa di Lu.Na is located a few hundred metres from Porta San Vitale, in the Policlinico Sant’Orsola-Malpighi district: a well-served area from which you can reach the central station, the historic centre, the University and many other areas of great interest in just a few minutes.

Via Pancaldi is a quiet side street off the much livelier Via Massarenti. The Sant’Orsola-Malpighi neighbourhood, where A Casa di Lu.Na‘s accommodation on Via Pancaldi is located, is a well-served residential area with plenty of bars and public transport stops. Porta San Vitale, which leads to the historic city centre, is less than 500 metres away.
